The staff were friendly and allowed for a later check-out, but there were some service issues that need attention. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, as it offers a great location in Quan 1, making it easy to explore Old Market and Notre Dame. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, though we did find a condom wrapper in the trash, which was a bit concerning. The service was fantastic, with the staff always helpful and professional. While the dining experience could be improved, with limited breakfast options, the overall value for money was decent.
